Point reduction benefits can be applied once within 18 months and reduce as many as 4 points from record. Reduced points remain on the driving record but are not counted by NYS DMV against the license. Point reduction does not remove, delete, subtract or erase violations, convictions or points, or prevent or cancel a mandatory revocation or suspension for violations such as DWI, DWAI or three speeding violations within 18 months.

The entire course is available 100% ONLINE.
You can work at your own pace and there is NO CLASSROOM REQUIRED.
There are NO HIDDEN FEES with our program.

Your course fee covers the course, issuance of your completion certificate and the automatic, electronic reporting of your successful completion of the course to the New York DMV.

DEFICIT REDUCTION PLAN - SECTION 332 ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT

As part of the State's Deficit Reduction Plan, Chapters 1 and 2 of the Laws of 2009 were signed into law by Governor Paterson on February 4, 2009. Those provisions increase the Insurance Department's appropriation by $180 million, and authorize the Superintendent of Insurance to assess domestic insurers for the total value of the enacted appropriation for fiscal year 2008-09. The enacted appropriation for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2009 is $443.0 million.

This seems to a major cause for the rate increases that most insurers are taking!
